BisqueIt is a pottery tracking app built for individual potters and small studios. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what's needed to make the app work.
What we collect
Account information — your name, email address, and profile photo when you create an account.
Pottery data — pieces you log, including name, clay body, glaze choices, stage, photos, and notes.
Studio membership — if you join a studio, we store that association so you can participate in the studio's shared feed.
Usage data — basic analytics (e.g. which features are used) to help us improve the app. This is not linked to your identity.
What we don't collect
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not use your data to train AI models.
We do not track your location beyond what you explicitly provide for studio search.
We do not show ads.
How your data is stored
BisqueIt uses Supabase for authentication and data storage. Data is stored in the United States. You can review Supabase's privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy.
Photos you upload are stored in Supabase Storage and are accessible by URL. Do not upload photos you want kept entirely private.
Who can see your data
Your pieces — visible only to you by default.
Studio feed — if you're a member of a studio, you can choose to post pieces to the shared studio feed. Only content you explicitly post is visible to other members. Nothing is shared automatically.
Data deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page in the app. This permanently removes your profile, pieces, photos, and studio membership from our systems.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll note the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
